What is RODO?

The GDPR is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data).


The privacy policy contains the information required by law regarding personal data processed by Dash Dot Creations and possibly other entities that may process personal data collected as part of the website area.

Personal data of contractors, their representatives, members of management bodies and proxies are processed for the purpose and in the performance of the contract, with the express consent or to the extent required by applicable law.


Personal data is not shared with other entities, nor is it transferred to third countries, unless such an obligation arises from legal provisions. In other cases, the transfer of personal data may take place only with the consent of the user.


Personal data will be processed until the contract is performed and settled, the consent is withdrawn or the objection is effectively raised, taking into account the data storage periods resulting from applicable regulations, including for accounting purposes.


Anyone whose personal data is processed has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object and the right to transfer data.


If the processing of personal data is based on consent, it is always voluntary.


Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before the consent was withdrawn. The consent may be withdrawn in any way that allows the Personal Data Administrator to read the will of the data subject.


Anyone whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of irregularities in the processing of personal data.

Rights related to the processing of personal data

The GDPR grants a number of rights related to the processing of personal data. These are: (a) the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data; (b) the right to request the rectification of data; (c) the right to delete data (in the cases provided for in the GDPR); (c) the right to limit the processing of personal data; (d) the right to withdraw consent - to the extent that your data is processed on the basis of this consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; (e) the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

"Cookies" / General information


The entity that places information in the form of cookies (so-called cookies) and other similar technologies on your device and gains access to them is Dash Dot Creations and entities to which we transfer your data, i.e. entities providing technical services for Dash Dot Creations, e.g. analytical and marketing (such as Google Analytics). Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end-device of the User of WPM websites and applications. Cookies usually contain the name of the website domain they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
